The Green Restaurant Association (GRA) is a national non-profit that provides the only official Certified Green Restaurant® seal for foodservice operations in the United States. Through our work with the GRA, we’ve significantly reduced our environmental impact with the following initiatives:

• Composting food waste
• Saving water and energy with low-flow faucets
• Replacing our napkins with recycled and chlorine free alternatives
• Eliminating Styrofoam
• Implementing a full-scale recycling program

In addition to the steps we’ve completed in 2010-2011, we’ve also made a commitment to continual change with the GRA as we move forward in their comprehensive Certification program, and work toward reducing our environmental impact even more. The '2 Star' rating we received at the end of 2011 is proof that we are committed to providing the highest quality catering services in a sustainable way.
